On June 23 flu to Pearson airport from West Palm Beach/Dallas Tx/Toronto my bag was missing , a report was filed with Air Canada and I was told to buy some clothes that I will be reimbursed for the essential purchased items, the receipts were submitted , the number that they have for baggage issues if you are lucky to speak with somebody the only answer is "I will sent an email to escalate the case" , I received an email saying that I am no entitled to a bag fee refund, who told them that I want a refund for a bag fee, the customer service is terrible, the web page is a piece of garbage, I will never use this airlines and I will tell everybody the type of service they have, no respect for customers

Verified ReviewerResolved: I request you to provide me a written proof if my baggage is already forwarded to Qatar Airways. I have already claimed for the luggage and the claim number is KTM 314****
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

Customer service staff have no idea how to talk with customer
On 1st May I left YYZ to BWI by flight no.8682 at 2:15pm after that by using the service of Qatar Airways I flew from IAD to DOH by flight no.708 at 9:00 pm and from DOH to KTM by flight no.644 at 5:30pm on 2nd may
When I arrived at Tribhuvan International Airport Kathmandu my luggage ( AC 304275 and AC 304276 ) were missing I am so grateful that I found the luggage AC 304276 but luggage AC 304276 is still missing. When I contact Qatar Airways they say they havent received the luggage and when I call AirCanada they say they already forwarded it to Qatar Airways.
Now I dont know what to do. There were very important documents and the things that are very precious to me in the luggage.

Dear Sir / Madam, Good day to you.
I had a very unpleasant experience yesterday on aircanada booking website while I wanted to redeem my travel voucher for my flight from Vancouver to London. I have never used the voucher value and in fact while I was booking, I was told how much is the value to pay the half of the ticket with this voucher.
But when I actually wanted to book the fare I got a message on my telephone screen saying that the voucher has been depleted.I need the travel voucher ASAP to be with full amount what was initially there as I havd never used it. And after looking on Internet it seems I'm not the only one Air Canada who this airline has surprised with this unpleasant message. There were thousands more complaints online with many people saying it took Air Canada ages to revalue or refund the travel vouchers and some even said that Air Canada has told them about booking references booked by using their vouchers which in fact they never did or it wasn't them at all who used these vouchers related to that booking references.
I tried many time to call the main 180****... It only cost me frustration and time as I never got through.
The queue was "exceptionally long".
Please help me and I request Air Canada to uplift their standards of customer service. It's terrible

Good Afternoon,
I have been contacting you since July 7th about a goodwill policy for a voucher due to the poor air quality in western Canada. (Eight of us planned to hike for a week, but three of us have asthma.).
I was told on July 7th and 14th that there was not as yet a goodwill policy for August, when I would be traveling. As of yesterday, I was told there was no such policy at this time. I was asking for a voucher, or credit, not a refund. Out of frustration, I agreed to the $55.87 refund for each ticket.
What I got from you was an email saying I had a refund of $55.87 for my husband's ticket (John Skelly). There was no mention of my ticket (Helen Skelly). I am very disappointed by the service I have received from you. I do not plan on traveling on Air Canada again unless you can make this right.
I do believe I should be issued a voucher for a total of $900.08 which I paid for the two tickets.
And If you could start by explaining why I was not issued a $55.87 refund I would be most appreciative. From there an issue of a voucher for the two tickets, I believe, would be the right thing to do since you are most probably reselling my seats.

We had a horrible experience with Air Canada
We booked our flight with a 5 hour layover. You would think that is plenty of time.
The continuous delays made us miss our connecting flight. That is when the disaster started for us. We were directed to wait in a specific line. When we got close to the front they closed the line down.
We were told that we should try to secure our luggage. Not possible, they told us it was locked up in a room. Then we had to wait in a huge line with only 3 agents helping. Each person they helped took at least 15 minutes.
Hours in line people were screaming. I finally got a hold of a customer service rep on the phone who was excellent. He arranged our flight back home and told me to keep my receipts for dinner and my overnight stay.
He gave me the parameters of what would be covered. Our baggage finally arrived two weeks later.
When I put in the claim nothing was paid.
I was so disgusted with the situation I dont think I can ever fly Air Canada again.
- Actual flight and flight crew were fine
- When you put someone in a situation like this you must pay claims

I had booked ticket from Toronto to London Heathrow one month ago in the same booking I had Edmonton to Toronto ( which I had not travelled ) 7days prior to above trip . when I reached airport on 25th June and try to checkin at the desk , they told me that my ticket is not there and I was shocked and phoned Aircanda from the airport and none of them are helpful and not gave any proper reason and cutting the line it was so stressful.
I spoken to 3 agents none of them got an answer why they cancelled my ticket on what basis they done it.
after spending 2 hours i made my way back to hotel ( again last minute booking ) I was unhappy what has happen to me with Aircanada and I want them to compensate for my ticket. I had to purchase new ticket to travel back from Canada to London.
Being such a multinational company in aviation, and treating customers by cancelling the tickets without informing them is worse and causing distress for no reason.
